Any idiot can compare the features and see which is "better" but PSN is chewing away at XBL's features. The only feature PSN needs now is cross audio/video chat. I'm just questioning whether or not THIS level is what they should show off. All in all, its just not jump for joy exciting. Its very straight forward. I'm sure it will be a great level. But as far as Insomniac SHOWING OFF GRAPHICS, I think there are better parts of the game that they could show off.
I prefer the ground combat with the sworms of beasts to the high up city shots..
The scale of this game is second to none.
Right now it is very flat and stale. Everything on Paper is amazing, the 40 dudes running at you on the same ground plane, that you can interact with, not LOD models lightyears away, the dynamics, water..
But the problem with not doing a stylized game, is that you end up with this. Yeah it looks JUSt like the city.. but it really does need some more atmosphere.
around 4:20 is where it really picks up. I know Price is in love with this chicago map, but I'd rather see ...
And that didn't stop halo3 from selling 8 million and getting AAA's everywhere.

Gears of War sold 5 million. Over two years with 12 million 360's on the market.
MGS4 sold 4 million, in a few months. And its still a new title.

MGS4 also moved consoles, to where GTA4 didn't.
The only games that sell as well as Halo3, are games that have 30 million dollar ad campaigns behind them. Like, Halo3.
