considering most pc games never use more than 3-4 gb ram, and they look FAR better than anything will on xbox1 or ps4, I am sure the ram is the least concern, ram is LAST on the list of cpu,gpu,ram, its also quite important, but not even close to as important as a fast cpu and beefy gpu if you wanna crunch raw pixels!

the difference between xbox1 and ps4 is NOTHING compared to how hard an almost 2 year old desktop gpu CRUSHES them both
the parts inside xbox1 and ps4 are low-mid spec, yes the ps4 is better, quite a bit, but they are both immensely far behind even 3 year old gaming pc's
so while there will be differences, they will be small between ps4 and xbox1...

just like last gen, the differences between the ps4 version and the xbox 1 version will always be very small, more screen tearing here, a few more jaggies here, slightly better shadows over there etc.

above 1080p is HIGHLY noticeable, much more so in games than movies. 1440p looks way better than 1080p, let alone how much better 1600p looks.
pixel density, removal of all aliasing artifacts, everything is much, MUCH more crisp at 1600p vs 1080p
