That article is fuuny. About midway down the page there is a Gears3 advertisement. That game is better than all those on that list.

99% of multi-plats do turn out better on the 360. This is a fact. I love my ps3 too but xbox has been a real force this gen.With live having cross game chat, that also puts it above PSN imo.
Plain and simple. The xbox360 is just a great console when it works. It speaks for itself by surviving the RROD fiasco. Ive never had to replace mine but ive replaced my PS3 before and last gen I went through 3 PS2's.
Basically they are saying that they want to recoup more of the loss that they took with the ps3. That would be a smart thing to do.

Sony will never be able to match xbox live no matter who they team up with. MS is always one step ahead and that's the way it will always be. Just watch when next gen rolls around and Live crushes PSN again.
360 will still out sell it this holiday and the next. MS always have a better line up of games around that time of the year.
I dont think ms is too worried about Japan. After all, Japan is not a big market and gaming over there is so far behind the western world it wont make a difference. The best devs aren't in japan nowadays.
This type of game and others like it is why Kinect will always be successful.
I think Carmack is also being a little patriotic here. Weve always known the 360 is overall the better console when it comes to dev tools. This won't change in the future.
When you look at the big picture sony has lost considerable market share this gen. They will not be able to get this back. MS has doubled its sales from last gen and the xbox brand name is stronger than ever. Even with the recent ps3 price drop sony will still struggle against the xbox360. If the PS3 surpasses the xbox 360 then mS will surely launch its next console.
