Well this is a business and making money is the overall goal here. They are also spending tons on live too. Live is an essential part of xbox business strategy and its great that they are improving on it every year. Sony should take notes and do the same. Apparently they could use the extra cash.

Stop hating. More people bought it on xbox because the series is synonymous with that brand. Just like metal gear is to PS. Just because the game didn't sell well on PS3 doesn't mean its garbage. It just means that PS3 gamers love their exclusives which mostly don't sell any better.

You need to check again because the 360 is selling better worldwide. Still, this is only MS 2nd console and they have come in a created a strong name brand while beating sony in the biggest game market. I don't think anyone expected that when you look at what happened with the first xbox.
'm hoping to see a price cut for both consoles. This gen turned out to be very succcessful for the xbox brand. They continue to dominate here in the US. I think its safe to say that they will come out ahead of sony when this gen is over. Sony didn't dobd either but they didn't dominate as many expected they would. Competition is a great thing for the industry though.
if you don't like ads then just turn them off in the options. You clearly are a rookie when it comes to the operating the 360 dash. Everything is so simple and easy to find. if you have Kinect its even easier.

Sony won't beat them to launch. No way. MS has the advantage in funds and they are further along in development than sony. It really doesn't matter anymore because MS's fan base and market share has grown considerably. Sony really need to have an improved online service if they want to compete with ms next gen.

The only one that seems to be in trouble right now is sony. At least financially. Ms still has the PC side of things as well as created a strong brand in the xbox. Nintendo still is a gaming giant. Sony is the one with the issues. Out of the three, they are the only ones who hurt financially.
