The PS4 was designed in 2011-2012. A decade ago! It uses a slow old hard drive.
It absolutely does hold back games. From 2023 onward you would see games that were not possible on HDD hardware.
Crazy how both games are beyond what any other studio put out in terms of quality and scale.
Great games take time.
You can’t complain about unfinished, buggy, generic releases. Then also complain when studios take their time to craft masterpieces that is beyond what everyone else is making.

Society now thinks empathy is the number one emotion that should be exalted over everything else.
But in reality empathy should be used alongside other very important factors of life.

I dont care what anyone says. Microsoft mismanaged studios for over a decade and now want to use big tech money to buy: Elder Scrolls, Doom, Fallout, Starfield, Wolfenstien, Diablo, COD, Warcraft, Starcraft, Overwatch, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro & Tony Hawk.
That’s insane and should not be allowed. These were all third party, non exclusive games.
