That is true. I was honestly amazed at how a dev that made a, IMO, below mediocre game talk so highly of what is to be expected next gen.
He should make a game worthy of praise first, before speaking as if he knows what gamers (or even other devs) want and like.

Based on the conference, the DualShock 4 with its LED light bar on the top is used in conjunction with the new PS4 eye.
If that is the case, it would totally make sense for them to include the new eye with every PS4 right?
I honestly don't know, but I certainly hope Sony plans on including this in each PS4 sold.

Seems like you're in denial of something. Whether you like tye PS4 or not, you gotta admit it is good that they got 8 GB of GDDR5 memory which is a lot faster then even the RAM on regular PCs.

@Bathyj: I agree man, if I recall, Sony did that for their E3 shows and it doesn't make sense why they wouldn't do the same for this show as well, considering how important and awesome it was.

It is used to identify who is who during a game if played with two or more person via the PS4 Eye (everyone gets a different color like the move)
It can also display different colors depending on what you are doing or happening in a game (flashing red when getting hit by bullets for example)
Probably also used so the PS4 Eye can track the controller possibly for more accurate motion (Think the move)

I agree, it is about damn time! Sony used to have good advertisements during the PS1 and Ps2 days and they used to be shown all the time. I barely saw any commercials for the PS3, whereas the Wii and 360 were shown constantly.
I am glad Sony went with a different company. They had some good ideas but failed hard overall for the PS3.
Here is to hoping the PS4 and Vita will get better advertisements and shown more regularly.

Watched the trailer and it does not hint at anything other then PLAYSTATION itself.
The only thing thing else I can think it could be is a major unveil of PS3 or Vita games that would blow everyone away. Then again, that is what other gaming events like E3 is for.
Maybe a Vita and PS3 price cut? Who knows, what I do know is I hope it is the Ps4 unveil or...
