I'm looking forward to E3 period. I don't sit back and say "oh, wow E3 is going to suck this year except for Sony, maybe." I sit back and enjoy the show as a whole. One of the games I'm most looking forward to at E3 is Fable III, I love that series. I'm really hoping we get to see more of the SOCOM game too. I'm sure that both MS and Sony will have some surprises, though I'm betting that Sony will have more of those in store for us all.

All excellent recommendations. I'll add onto the list.
"Hang 'em High", "A Fist Full of Dollars", "For a Few Dollars more", "Pale Rider", "High Plains Drifter", "Unforgiven" is a must.
Basically if you're reading through this thread, read through all of it as there are a great deal of films mentioned to get anyone started onto westerns.
"Appaloosa" is great too. The books are very good to...

I'd like to add that any western that stars Clint Eastwood. Is a good western. John Wayne is good too, but not as good as the above names.

Which is precisely my point.
He's speaking to folks who have graduated and are about to be unleashed onto the market. Sure you could claim he is attempting to speak to those who haven't graduated yet. I feel that instead of talking about video games he could have talked about the issues that actually matter, one's that actually make a difference, the one's that hit home.
Those graduates sitting there know this well, this is what is known as common sense(the oth...

My deal is this. Our POTUS needs to concentrate on more important issues. Like our economy and of course jobs. Education reform, Needs to concentrate on ironing out some of unsavory elements of the health care bill as well. Poverty, our infrastructure as everything is falling apart here and needs repairs ASAP.
Energy, immigration, foreign policy, homeland security, and defense. All of these issues are far, far more important.

Consoles don't have anything to with ...

If I may add onto it.
Oil accounts for everything in our lives. You name it oil plays a role. Without oil vital materials such as plastics would not exist. You have to think really big, no oil, no tooth paste, no clothing, no pillows or covers, no food, everything would cease to exist on the level that it exists today. Obviously no more vehicles which are crucial to our economy.
Also oil only accounts for roughly 25% of our electricity, coal accounts for the rest of it.

Mass Effect 2 isn't going to make a debut on the PS3. Simply because MS owns the rights to Mass Effect. It just wouldn't make any sense to carry over a part of the trilogy, now would it?
Besides playing through Mass Effect 2 without having played through Mass Effect will leave its audience a bit confused as to what is exactly going on and why past events are so vaguely described. When you meet some of the old members of your team for instance.
The full experience is wi...

Xiphos.

I think you'll enjoy seeing how everything plays out with your imported character. I've got two imports that I've played through ME2 with and it was a different experience for both parties. I would advise that you follow more down the Paragon path as most of the events in ME2 lean more towards the Renegade decisions.

Same here. This is the reason why I am so excited for this title. Reminds me of the man with no name, except that he seems to talk a lot more.

By the way, Clint Eastwood>John Wayne. Just sayin' Lol.

This is a common rumor, indeed. Whenever a big title is due up for release rumors are abound that there was a "pay off" or that "pressure" was applied to the reviewers to ensure that said game would get an outstanding score.

Personally, I don't buy into such rumors. The internet is an unbridled place for which many of its 'inhabitants' are impetuous.

I'm going to pick up my copy at the midnight release. I'll be more tha...

Pardon my ignorance here but what does DOF stand for?

I still prefer to get my copy on Tuesday. When I get home from work at around 6:30 PM I can play for about an hour and a half. I just wish I could coax my GameStop into giving me my copy early.

They can keep their collection as far as I'm concerned. There are much better offerings this year to be had.

I absolutely can't wait for this game. All of the videos I've seen regarding this title instantly reminds of Clint Eastwood's western films. Which in my opinion are some of the very best western films available.

The anticipation is palpable.

What limited edition? The only I know of is a free upgrade if you pre-ordered at GameStop. What's this golden gun horse you speak of?

I've got an eye on this title.

So this how good the game looks while running on the 360. That's really impressive.
Kudos to iD, it's looking good indeed. The PC version will look completely amazing!

Yes, I agree with you there. Two worlds was absolutely terrible.

For me personally it's both Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2, plus Fable II. I love those games! Dragon Age as well.
As for shooters go, Battlefield: Bad Company 2.

I'm not so sure about this game now...However I know I'll be spending a large amount of time playing Red Dead Redemption. I wonder when the reviews for it will come?
