Lately I have been reluctant to purchase full priced retail AAA games, as it seems I have been burnt out on them(The witcher 3, Batman, Fallout 4, to name a few, sit on my desk virtually unplayed).
Instead I have been enjoying indie games like Crypt of the Necrodancer, deadly towers of monsters, or The witness. However, street fighter 5 was a game I was anticipating and I knew capcom would not disappoint me with there flag ship title...
I'm disappointed....
I'm disappointed about this. I was really excited when I bought this game last night. While fun, this game really is shallow. Server issues prevented any online play. And to earn any experience you must be logged in... (Really Capcom)... The story mode is really short, and the only other mode to play for a single player is survival. Not sure if the are much of anything to unlock... This is really inexcusable for Capcom... You would think that if we compare fighting games from ten years ag...
Just bought this game and wanted to enjoy it, however; there's no way to invert the look controls ( unless I missed something). Need a patch please.

Yep... Would hit that price pretty quick. I suspect by January mass trade ins are going to happen. There going to be a huge front load of sells, then when fans realize how shallow the game is, trade in time.

Because for a game like this, there's little to no reason for having always online. Especially for single player... Not to mention this game will become a coaster once ea shuts down the servers.
I have said it before, ea is really trying to sell battlefront for $120.00 and think they can get away with it... And you know what, they probably will. They know this title is going to sell like hot cakes, so why not make as much as they can... $69.95 for a deluxe title with five Digital items, three of them in the game already and the other two most likely rip from the game. we'll actually they can tell you what content your going to be buying. Any good company plans out what there game is going to be and how much content will be available. It's just the process of making that content that's lengthy.

Your definitely right about them getting there money, they are going to take in loads of cash. I didn't even buy the season pass and bought 80% of the dlc. Yet I still didn't feel cheated.

The MP was ok, had some fun. But like most are saying, it's not as fun as it used to be. For one the future stuff is getting played out. I call bull.... If this was your run of the mill FPS then I might almost buy that. But this a Star Wars game. If you poll 100 people and ask them if they want a single player Star Wars game, I bet you get 98 saying yes...
