and they sold 45 million units in the US. MS should be happy if they hit 40 million units total. 2.5 years in and they are at 19 mill. Plus their sales are flat if not going down year by year. All of their best exclusives have been spent. Gears 3, Bioshock 2 and Mass Effect 2 will probably be multiplat unless they dish out mega money for them. These are not good signs for exponential growth.

Yes, the DS is cheap to make games for but there are also alot people that want graphics better then a N64. Quit trying to cash in on cheap old technology or get left behind.
Unless of course MS opens the checkbook like they did with the original Bioshock. But I'm sure the price will go up for the sequel. The PS3 installed base will be 3x to 4x more then when the original came out by Fall of 2k9. All depends how much the game is worth to MS as a 1 year timed exclusive.
Rockband comes with 58 songs for $60. Is the difference really enough to mention since it includes the videos as well?

I think thats the lowest DS numbers I've seen in 3 years. But man Sony has to do something about Ps3 sales in Japan. I think its doing worse this year then it did last year there.
God of War really is the gold standard for action games. God of War 2 was a masterpiece. No other franchise brings it all. Epic storyline, amazingly brutal combat and varied gameplay, seamless puzzle integrated into fantastic level designs topped off with superb voice acting.
Huxley, Left for Dead, Splinter Cell are all 3rd party.
for IGN was also the person they sent to Japan to play through MGS4. Maybe that some how screwed up his perception of what a decent game is. Because there is no way that Haze is worse then Hour Of Victory which IGN gave a 5.7. That game was just straight up broken.

There as cheap as chips these days. I got in on a sale three 6 feet hdmi cables for $10 shipped. $3.33 each.
$100 worth of blu-ray movies will get you 3 or 4. During the holidays it was spiderman 3 blu-ray free and 5 blu-ray movies by mail. This offer is slightly better because you can choose any movies you want and not wait fo them or sell the card on ebay. But its not that much better.
