Well, as a game, I would certainly hope that NG2 is most definitely a step up from NG1 in any form it came in, but as a comparison, I'd have to say that this video fails miserably. And I am not saying that as any kind of defense of the PS3 either. Even if it would have been the XBOX version of both games, I still would have felt the same way.
I'm assuming that the point of this video was to show off which game was better. So if that's the case, an ACTUAL comparison would sho...
You're so right about the copycat crime thing.
One thing you notice after being in Japan for a while is that people in this country LOVE to copy what someone else has done. And that goes for things like crime and suicide as well.
If someone does something that gets an exceptional amount of media coverage, you can almost bet the farm on the fact that 2 or 3 more people are gonna try to do the something very similar.
I'm not surprised to hear at all...
Damn.
They need to give Eight Days to somebody else to make then.
I'm betting that Uwe is probably in a rage right now wondering why he didn't come up with this idea first though.
That was PS2 though.
Look at the games on the PS3 right now. There's a HUGE difference!
What good is doing stuff on PSN? People on PSN ALREADY have a PS3!
I thought this game was supposed to draw NEW people to the PS3...
Sony's Ad and PR group REALLY are a bunch of retards(@_@)...
LMFAO at that one!!!
It doesn't matter if people misunderstood the article or not really.
If Mr.Sony happens to see that gamers might be more than happy to pay for Home, Mr.Sony just might start rethinking a little promise he made.
Who the H3LL posted this???
I think Filter needs to be filtered!
Are you TRYING to give Sony ideas???
Although I don't think the price is even close to too much to pay for something like Home, it's always been PROMISED as a free service.
I think Sony needs to work on keeping its promises and not making promises that it cannot keep.
There's the ethics behind the whole thing I think we need to think about. They need to be up front with us and not just tell us what we want to hear. That's a politician's job.
Come on, they already swept that one under the warrantee rug once!
Cutscenes in MGS4 are 100% skippable Bubble.
But face it, 99.9% of the people who play Metal Gear in the first place, play it for the story, which is one of the most well thought out stories in entertainment history. The cutscenes are a bonus for these people. Why mark it down for that?
(note: "well thought out" doesn't necessarily mean greatest, as that steps into the rhelm of personal preference).
Yo, I didn't know anybody was lost in 8/11. What happened?
I said Itagaki will NOT be announcing DOA5 this summer or EVER!
Did you guys not hear me when I said he quit TECMO???
That means NO MORE DOA, NO MORE Ninja Gaiden from Itagaki!
Ever!
Pay attention!
Yeah, but when game studios and distributers give him the rights to make THEIR movies, THEY are allowing him to do this.
The energy used on that petition against Boll would be better spent educating the game studios about his movies and their 'ehem' successes. Why hasn't his reputation reached THEM by now???
BRILLIANT use of an X360!
I wonder if he sent it in for repairs when he was done.
MS would've looked at that like WTF!?!?
Why???
Because he just quit!!!
Seriously though, TEMCO apparently di_ked him over, now HE'S di_kin' them back, with a nice heafty lawsuit!
Oh the drama, the drama!!!
Ok, I just now tried to do the right thing and read the article for this poor guy, but something was up with my mouse. I couldn't scroll down.
I'm sorry Wicked, I tried...
Bubbles for Name!
\(^o^)/
What you said was not a hard conclusion to come to, but you missed my point COMPLETELY Poopface.
In a comparison to show which is the BETTER game, you show the BEST of BOTH games. If it was a comparison of which game was worse, then you show the most boring parts of both games.
