PS3 gamers have had to put up with MGS4 on 360 rumors even well beyond it's release. The rumors do need to stop, but they're just not going to.

Namely the old dumpster out back. I tossed it in and was like 'whatever'. Just wasn't worth the tears. Not that I didn't like my 360, I just got tired of worrying about it. So when it was finally gone, I was actually relieved. No more babying it. No more guilt for letting it sit like an expensive paper weight just so it can last just a bit longer (which it didn't). I just feel so much better now that it's gone.
The 360's got some great games, so I MAY buy back in IF Jasper ...

I believe you're thinking about that all wrong. Sure there are a lot of people watching the Superbowl who are not gamers, but what you should really be thinking about is how many gamers are there out there that DO watch the Superbowl.
FINALLY, a TRUE gamer! I used to be one too, until the RRoD scared me out of it. But I definatly agree that there are great games on all systems and I'll gladly go back to playing 360 games once I can be guaranteed I won't have to put my gaming on hold. Sorry, call it principle, but I'd GLADLY pay premium price for a new box that's guaranteed problem free before I make a free trade in for another broken box.
