Good to see ya on here, man. lol I'm on my PS3 playing Battlefield BC2 on my Yamaha 7.1 system and wish it had 7.1 surround in the game. It does still sound good though. It sounds a million times better than CoD games haha PM me for my PSN. You're on my friends list.
You're right man. Sony fans will be too busy playing the tons of exclusives the PS4 will have during that time. :LoL
Either way, the PS4 will still get it. I think the PS4 is coming out Holiday 2013 as well as the Xbox 720. It will be interesting to see them this coming E3 2013. I cannot WAIT for these new consoles. The Wii U hasn't impressed me too much even though I might get one just for Mario. lol

On topic. This is an insane number of sales, even for CoD. I didn't pick it up myself. I'm gonna just keep playing Black Ops 1 and Battlefield BC2 (PS3). I did pick up LBP Karting last night though for 25 bucks. Score!! haha
I think Nintendo just going with 3 Wii Cores instead of something a lot better is going to hurt them in the long run. Sure, it makes backward compatibility super easy but it holds devs. back on creating much better graphically intensive games that the PlayStation 4 and Xbox 720 will have.
I think there will be a few PSN titles like another Stardust (it was 1080p on ps3) that will do 4k gaming on PS4 but there won't be graphically intense games that will run 4K gaming. I believe both consoles will offer 4K movies and video content but in different ways. The PS4 in the form of 4K Blu Ray and digitally via PSN. The Next Xbox will offer 4k video via XBL movies and probably just regular BluRay discs.
But that's just like how when you stop paying for Netflix, you don't get to keep watching videos on it.

Yeah having to have Gold just to use Netflix or other video apps is messed up, really. And having to pay to play online is messed up. haha
Even Steam is free to play online, and it's better than XBL and PSN.
Either way, it's nice of them to give a free game, no matter what game it is.
If the PS4 isn't finalized, it's damn close by now. It has to be. The thing will release next Christmas or Spring 2014. There's no way they'll wait until Holiday 2014. That is just too long.
I am surprised Nintendo didn't just go with a dual layer 50GB blu ray drive so it could function as a bluray movie player too. It's interesting that they came up with a proprietary disc, though that is their modus operandi. haha
I can't wait to play this game!! A true next gen GTA. 4 was a letdown for me but this looks to be an awesome experience.
God of War 2 came out on the PS2 right before the launch of the PS3, so the Last of Us won't stop Sony from releasing the PS4 if they want to. It would be very smart of them to release first. (well technically second. LoL)
Being almost the year 2013, yes, swapping discs should be a thing of the past.
I thought I was the only person who covered their webcam up due to paranoia. LoL I usually use a small folded piece of paper though.

The good thing about this game is that there is UNLIMITED potential for DLC characters once the game release, but I hope they give us as many characters as they can on the disc.
Sony has so many characters that they can release to us.

BTW, to anyone wanting a good 7.1 surround system, you can't go wrong with Yamaha or Denon. Both are great receivers. Just make sure you get some good speakers and a good subwoofer to go along with it. The Yamaha SW-315 is an amazing subwoofer I just bought and makes my surround system rumble!!!
