When you get any software, you are paying for a software license to use it, you are not paying for the ownership of the software. So you do not have the right to do anything you want with it. I am sure though that most companies would be willing to sell the software to you for several million dollars, THEN you would have the rights to do whatever you wanted to...
Oh good, I would hate to go through a whole month or two without getting a firmware upgrade.
I own a 360 and I just bought a PS3 a few weeks ago. I absolutely love the PS3, it's such a more refined machine. However these game installs suck, I feel like I am installing it on a PC. It's certainly a better experience on the 360 to just drop the disc in and play. I wish they would come out with a faster Blue-Ray reader (I am assuming it's the speed of the read access that requires the installs)
With that logic, it means you shouldn't warn people of danger because they might be offended.
Just like there is only one truth that 1+1=2. You are free to choose to believe in 1+1=6 or any other number but someday you will face the consequences of that belief.
I agree..
I thought the mountain range looked good, but that's about it. I thought the animation of the jets exploding looked pretty lame, like an arcade game. You should see debris and a fiery wreck plummeting to the ground not just red and yellow burst in the sky.
The lack of PC games kind of sucks. I have all three consoles, but every so often I would like to play a PC game. Best Buy has twice the PC games as my local Gamestop.
Their phone system that calls you doesn't always work either. This past Wednesday my wife bought the "Wii Fit", we did not get the automatic message the night before to tell us it would be in. Wednesday evening we got the call after we had already bought it and was using it, duh!
Why do the gaming websites keep beating this dead horse??
One is better at this, the other is better at that. This game looks better on this system than on the other one, blah blah blah.
I played San Andreas on the PC but hated it because of the mouse+keyboard crap. I really like GTA4 though, and disagree with this guy about Saints Row being better. I have played Saints Row repeatedly since it's been out and it feels pretty empty in comparison. I do agree that the Police are a little to touchy, you can't even practice fist fighting without getting into trouble. I wish they would make an AO only version so the strip bars are like real strip bars, now that would be cool...
Yeah they were so glad that many risked their lives to escape Cuba and come to Florida?
Same thing with all kinds of software, you go to your local department stores and there is hardly anything for the Apple.
Really?? I got to look for that, that's pretty funny....
Yeah killing a cartoon character always got to me, it started with Space Invaders 20+ years ago..
Since there are more 360s and the PS3 version is the one having lock-up troubles, it should be no surprise that people are choosing the 360 version.
I wonder what the difference is between the PS3 copies that went on sale yesterday and the ones reviewers were using before the launch date. I read several PS3 reviews all saying how great the game was, not one mentioned a problem. One would think that the master disc would of been tested on many consoles before production started.
I wouldn't go to see that movie even if GTA4 wasn't out. Now that it is, I won't be going close to any movie theater
These are all the same conversations we had when Assassin's Creed was coming out.
I wish Metrocast would get off their butt's and do the same thing. They are the only ones I can get for broadband in Northern New England since Verizon is screwing us over by not deploying FIOS here.
Just polish up the graphics, add a couple new weapons and presto it's Halo 2 again and again...
