How would you know you aren't playing a girl who is trying to be a guy. Maybe Master Chief was a girl inside the suit, is the GTA4 character really a guy? Maybe he's an ugly Russian girl.
Wow that's a big relief, I was always under stress to save up for that $50 over a years time...
One of the worse?? It's one of the most popular out there..
I have all 3 consoles and only play on Xbox Live. It's not because it's better, it's because I bought the 360 first and all my online friends are on it. So I am not sure how accurate or meaningful this pole really is.
I just bought a HP Blackbird 002 with Vista-64\4GB Ram and it's awesome. I had never used Vista before and it's the little things I like about it. Like how it indexes your files so when you search for one it finds it immediately, etc etc.
For me the problem with downloading games is that it's to easy to spend the money. If I stay with dvds then I have to get off my butt to go get it which takes a lot of effort, believe me!
Even if you don't like Games for Windows it's good news for the PC game market. It will make competitors like Steam do even more to keep and promote their product. Competition is always good for the consumer.
Even if it is just for cross invites, it would be worth it. I would certainly miss that functionality, from a PS3 point of view if you don't have it you don't miss it. PSN doesn't have all the other features when you consider the ability to play with PC gamers and the ability for anyone to develop a game for it.
I have both systems and they both have some advantages. Xbox Live is better, $50 better? Maybe, maybe not but the only ones who care are the ones who still depend on mom & dad to pay for it.
I think this article does have a point too, Microsoft knows a lot more about software development than Sony ever will. The ability for anyone to create games from Microsofts Visual Studio programming environment (download express version for free) and have it run on the 360 is an awesome idea. ...
I just bought a gaming PC with Vista 64 bit \ 4GB RAM and I love it way more than the XP I had on my previous PC. However I can certainly understand why some people with just a regular PC would not like it if it makes their machine sluggish.
It's Virtual Jenna..
I just read another article that the military is using 360 controllers for different things too. I think it's good they can do this and keep our guys safe instead of them in a plane where they could get shot down.
What? I can connect my PC to my 50 inch Plasma without any issue at all. Console hardware is locked down which is exactly my point, with a PC that is upgradeable I can consistently get new generations of hardware without waiting 5-8 years.
I just bought a Blackbird 002 PC and it totally blows away all my consoles and I have all three. Playing games like Unreal Tournament 3 on the console looks and plays like crap in comparison (not to mention I paid less for the PC game).
About as exciting as a new version of the pc calculator program.
I just bought a PS3 about 2 months ago and think it's a great machine. My 360 really does seem clunky when comparing the noise level of the hardware. The only gripe I have with the PS3 is the huge game installs, drives me nuts. I think both systems have something to offer and if you can, should get both. But now I am going to go play a PC game...
This so called game sucks, can't believe there is a sequel. How about loading a bitmap of somebody into MS Paint and draw lines through it like it was nails, oh the evilness of it all.
better than spending billions to see if there is ice on Mars
For small markets there is no incentive for the cable providers to increase the speed since they monopolize their area. My provider thinks 6MB download and 384kbps is high speed which is much slower than the major cities nearby. The same price of course....
Because people think stealing is fine and it makes their mommy so proud of them. They wouldn't want anyone stealing from them of course...
