I am stuck with Metrocraps "High Speed" internet of a whole 7mbs download. While if I lived just a few miles down the road I could get Comcasts high speed. State government needs to break up the community monopolies that cable companies have and allow competition within the same town.
Still seems odd that guys can get punched several times in the face and no blood shows at all.

Personally I couldn't care less about the campaigns of any of the top games. I played through the story on Gears 2, and while I wasn't bored to tears I wish didn't have to play it to unlock the remaining characters. I certainly don't need a story to have fun playing multiplayer online or against bots.

Killzone 2 is clearly the most entertaining title coming out in February. However, I have to admit Microsofts strategy is a good one because Halo is a more recognizable name.
I loved the first one and would definitely buy the next one. The only thing I didn't like was when reloading the game, every single time you have to watch the cinematics with no way to skip it. Used to drive me insane.
I wish it was more of a stabbing animation than a slash. The kills don't seem realistic to me. Can't wait to play it though.
I don't even know why people keep playing LBP. I played it the first week and haven't touched it since. It's just obstacle courses over and over.

There are four things I wish they would fix with the bots:
1. Bots killing themselves with torque bows and boomshots.
2. The instant kills they get immediately after picking up or selecting a weapon. There is no way they should get a headshot immediately after picking up the sniper.
3. Bots away from the action, not getting involved, just sitting there.
4. What's with them walking backwards. Doesn't hurt anything but it sure looks bad.

As adult gamers, my wife and I wouldn't even consider traveling with a PSP or DS. We both just upgraded our phones to the IPhone 3G and love it. The ease of downloading simple yet amusing games is what makes it appealing for games and if I am at home I am certainly not using a handheld system.
