I took this comment from my expierence by watching all those interviews. Most of the developers says that those demos are 3+ month even older, sometimes even 9 month. Those demos are done in advance, pre- show, it is planned. We know already when next E3 will be.
Even this E3 demo is not approved by Sony or Insomniac to be released into PSN, but still they have a demo to show.
360 dominated? when? first 2 years? and then what happened? oh, yeah, got dominated by PS3 and Nintendo.
not forget that 360 came 1 year earlier and cheaper and the same power for multiplatform( because developers could not take all advantage of more powerfull machine). from that on, PS3 outsold 360 worldwide and in the end even past it.
xbox lost this gen not only because they released more expensive hardware, but and because last 3 years there were barely any games on 360...

3 real facts : 1. Sony offered xbox crossplay last gen few times, they declined. 2. Sony offered cross play at the beggining of this gen. Not happening. 3. Sony do cross play more then m$ and nintendo combine.
