DF already analyzed it and said that there is no downgrade.
removing few puddles is not means it is downgrade. especially when it is not essential part of the game.
for me, downgrade when resolutions is lower, shadows are worst, tesselation, fxaa, geomatry, textures and other things are lowered.

Can you imagine, this score is little bit less, same or even better then Bloodborne, God of War, Nier Automata, Yakuza, Forza Horizon, Horizon, Spider Man and other top quality games, this score is so offensive for gaming in general, you have to be out of the mind to give this game this score and call yourself a gamer or revierwer. It is offensive to all gamers and reviewers.
