If the Castlevania series became just another mindless Hack N' Slash game with some pretty graphics with only 5 hours of gameplay. I would suggest to Konami to not bother in releasing it anytime soon. It would only further ruin the Castlevania name.

-No direct sequels to great games like Castlevania:SOTN or Shenmue
-Crappy direct sequels to great games (Resident Evil 5 or SH 5)
-Lack of good story in most games like in 90% of them all
-Really horrible games that look incredibly good, so they are given the blind eye.
-Motion Controls in place of controls better suited for conventional ones.
-Grandma's who play Wii sports are considered to be a selling point for the system.
