no, you can always go online and play multiplayer, but we're limiting our non paying customers to meele attacks. your paid-for-account can purchase different guns that are done on a monthly basis. if you ever want to stop using a gun you can stop paying for it and at next months billing cycle we will remove it from you list of available guns

these look good, been a long time since i played a tales game, glad theyre finally bringing one to the ps3 so i can play it
you should never have to level grind, if youre ever stuck on a boss, just poison him. poison does a percentage of max hp so it takes less than 10 minutes to kill any boss that can be poisoned, and you can be sentinal/medics with everyone for most of the time so you wont really die.
if that doesnt work though, the last boss can be killed by vanilles death spell, just keep trying and you'll end up killing him in one hit lol

the cell processor in the ps3 right now is still very powerful, still toe to toe with many high end cpus
in comparison, the i7 980 preforms at ~100 GFLOPS cap and that costs something like 1500$ which is pretty new and by the end of the year you can expect a processor running at 200 GFLOPS from the same type of architecture
the ps3s cell can preform at ~26 GFLOPS and is five years old, by the end of the year you can expect cell architecture to put out anywher...
the PPE that was developed for cell processing is used in x360s processor also, that might be what theyre talking about
i doubt that many games (if any) will need more than 512, thats an extreme amount for a handheld gaming system.
in comparison:
*psp has 32 mb (upgraded to 64mb in later models)
*ds has 4mb, yes you read that right, 4mb of ram (which was upgraded in later versions to a whopping 16 mb)
*3ds has 128 mb ram
*ipad 2 has 512 mb ram
gears pre orders went up because you had to pre order to get in the beta, it doesnt mean much. im sure the game will get 5 million sales though
i cant play gears games, the art is so horrible, the characters are huge with tiny heads that look like peanuts. when i play i get the idea that they were deformed and cant think right, that in their heads they just keep repeating "NO NEED THINK, SMASH, SMASH, SMASH"
ive been waiting for them to bring this up to snuff, i already have it on pc and havnt been playing it much, its still fun to get on and do the little events that they give you every other day or so but they need to fix a few things. if i end up playing more after their next few updates ill be buying on ps3, thats where i like to play games the most

thats not how the internet works, you can follow your connections with traceroute (typed tracert) and you can see where your connection takes a lot of time, call your isp and ask them not to go through there, but likely it wont be possible; if its a problem for all (or most of) australia than its a geographical problem, there just arent many ways for your connection to travel and the ones that they can travel are usually filled up
a new ip probably wont help
