Even when GTA4 came out, the lighting and the city looked amazing. There would just be those random moments that Rockstar games have that just don't look right. But somehow this game still deserved a 10.

Dude, I didn't even know about any DLC. It's a full game, don't let that fool you.
The funny thing? These people complain and unless you have a very expensive PC, it'll probably run and look the same as PS3. I had no problem with what I saw. My main concern is multiplayer. I couldn't care less about the campaign. They're all the same in these same games. It's about multiplayer.
Portable screen on a controller? Sorry but Sega did that first.
Last I checked, Failbox fails at 1080P and doesn't support it. If it does, it's upconvert.
While overall it was pitiful, Sony showed the most. A new system plus a bunch of awesome bundles, plus first party games. With Nintendo wii saw a system and zelda. With MS, nothing new. Hell they had to show third party games.

And it's at the point now where everyone should get PS+ for a year.

this just does not look like a good mp game to me. i think single player looks awesome, but everything ive seen on multiplayer just dont look that great to me,
