I bought UT3 on Friday when it was released and I've gotta say, it's an awesome game, the mods are great.
The majority of the trailer was real-time. "Square Enix reps have told IGN that other than a few sequences, the majority of the demo is indeed real-time."

I wonder if these are based off the original characters they're named after and whether they'll use similar but machine-like voices (if they have voices that is). Sounds reasonable that they'd have their DNA since Ocelot/Liquid was at Shadow Moses he would have been able to obtain it from their dead bodies (or blood in Raven's case).

I'd assume it means they react to wherever on the body you shoot them and die in a way that reflects where you shot them. Like, if you shot one in the leg, and blasted his torso, he'd stumble backwards and collapse from the leg wound. However, this is just a guess, feel free to add to it.
