I was defeated at e3. On the reveal of the xbox kinect at 499. Never again was able to recover and nobydy was expecting the monster sales of the ps4. The problem here are the lack of steps to overcame the huge lack ofnew experiences only on xbox. This mid gen upgrade got bad timing price and lost hype. More its impossible for microsoft to launch the next console before the ps5 and that will be a even bigger mistake
