Exclusives is out make the diference. The switch is selling tons without big 3rd party games. But is possible to get both worlds even without a high end pc. There is cheap console on the market that is selling 2 or 3 times more that the rivals , but services will do the job or power is the path.

This is a very nice video. Next gen the biggest jump will be the CPU. They show us that the rysen 1700 at 3. GHz is 2 or 3 times more powerfull then the current jap cpu on the sony and Microsoft machines.
DF show us that the diference in power could be even bigger, because on console they go to the metal. That would be amazing. First in terms of rez, the video shows us a HUGE diference to the crappy and old mobile jag, then we get much better AI, phisics and so on.

Gamers want both things. Variety and games that push graphics and AI and not just cartony games or cell shaded games, because the machine cant handle anything else without huge downgrades.
Thats why the PS4 and Xbox One sold almost 100 millions consoles in 4 years.
The X is for hardcore gamers at 499 and not for casuals, it was called a premium device by Microsoft. Its only for those that want the best Money can buy. The same with high end PC.
The casual buy the cheap Xbox One or PS4. The 4 or 5% by hign end and spend lots of Money. Or do you think that parents will buy an X for their kids at 499? and a 4k tv? when they can buy at 199 and with many games?

If the x was 9 or 10 teraflop the line would be smaller. I still dont know why some try to compare to pc gaming. The hardcore gamers there are already going to 8k. The x is very good for a console,but stop with the idea that is near to what pc gaming can reach.

Skull and bones graphics are so far ahead of cartony that isnt fair. It would be amazing if they could put replicas of real portuguese , spanish, frenchn english and dutch ships. Because they were amazing. I dont understand why more games like this arent made.
