Again someone with 499 to buy the X also got the Money to buy a 4k tv or already have a 4k TV. This console isnt for the average gamer that got a 1080p TV and doesnt intend to buy this year or next year.
The casual dont care about noting that you talked about. Its stuff for the hardcore gamer. They just want to power the console and start playing. They will always go for the cheaper deal and not for the most expensive.
Someone that buys the X isnt to play on a 1080p TV, because its a «true» 4k console. Built for 4k. If you want to play 1080p games just get the S and buy a ton of games for the price of the X

Nintendo does billions with many franchises and in my country the Switch, because of the fake demand, is already at 435 euros!!!!! Its just crazy.
Tegra X2 should be the tech used, because its far better in every department. baterie drain, power and its the chip isnt bigger. The console was launch this year and was maxed out on the first big game like Zelda, that is from the Wii U, that was also underpowered and expensive.

in other words Microsoft and Sony didnt want to pay what we ask for the GPU and CPU and we were able to sell old tech to Nintendo at high price. They didnt try the newer Tegra X2 and bought the old X1 version. More Money to us.
A company that is hign end GPU reach more then 12 teraflops in 2017 is powering the Switch with a 0.5 gigaflop GPU... Well its easy to see the problems....

im saying the PR of the machine is true 4k. They never told anyone that was only on first party games or only on racers. They talked about uncompromised 4k and try to downplay checkboard of the PRO, that is 25% cheaper and from 2016. Turn 10 did much worse with the first forza on the xbox one. Fake graphics, trailer and final version were downgrade , show game running on pc with much better setting, low numbers of cars and tracks,must i go on. Just google it. There are plenty of videos and pics.
Only the next Zelda will be able to top Breath of the wild and that will be on the Switch 2
