What this means is that in terms of graphics the Pro will be much better then the basic model.

They are going to the handheld market and away from the PS4 and Xbox.

a racing game is not the best example to show the power of a console. Racing games are the easiest to reach 1080. The problem comes when a studio try to do the effects in real time.
There is no racing game running at 1080/60 frames with all real time effects on. They are all baked or not real time.
Driveclub did the weather, but it was forced to 30 frames.
