it wasnt power that made the PS4 gain advantage at launch, it was price. PS4 was 399 and the One was 499. After gamers started the rez gate, but to the average gamer it will be the price.
When Sony cut forever and not just in some weeks the price of the PS4 to 199 its game over. Microsoft can launch a machine with 12 teraflops! with forza at 8k120 frames. That wont have any impact on sales.

It can never cost 700 not even 600. With the tech there a jag cpu and a overclocked 480 this should be between 449 and 499.
For that kind of price (700) it would have to got some rysen cpu and Vega GPU. New tech and not something already available on the market.
