They just want to make it the same as consoles to avoid all the debates
Why should a third party developer spend more time and resources to make the game prettier on one platform? Are you willing to pay more? Yeah I didn't think so, so what's in it for them?
Ubisoft doesn't care if you buy the ps4 or xb1 version, what's in it for them to make it prettier on one platform?

Why do you have to keep up with the jones onPC? A mid range GPU is more than enough to play games in better or equal console settings. Consoles are not playing this game in Ultra PC settings
