^ no there isn't "plenty" of native 4K games on pro, there's maybe 10 and all are undemanding games like NBA 2k and indie games.

360 games on xb1 could run "better" like have a little better frame rate, that's all. It's not going to run 360 games in 4K 60fps like a proper PC port can

Not the same , 360 games on xb1 are still 360 games. Vanquish on PC will be (up to) 4K/60fps
It will play/look way better than the 360/PS3 720p/30fps. versions

The selling point is you can choose what you want to use on PC, those that want to use controllers(and whichever controller you want!) can, those the rather use mouse/keyboard can
There's 125 mil active steam accounts, let's say 1/3 have very powerful PCs , that's still a lot
