How do you know its practically an expansion? They have yet to talk about all the content that will be in it. Unless I'm missing something....
The AI was certainly not great.
Werewolves ran straight at you, then ran straight back to where they came from, then ran straight back at you, then ran back where they came from. Easiest enemies in the game.
Your idiot teammates did NOTHING. I don't think I saw one kill anything the whole game.
Some of the enemies were broken, like the armored shotgunners.
The environments were boring and walking around in them wa...
I don't know about all that.
MvC3 was horrible. Hopefully Infinite can take it back to the MvC1 and 2 feel.
I'm not sure I agree with this. It all comes down to presentation.
DC has some ridiculously over the top characters. More so than Marvel. Marvel has a LOT of street level characters that would actually translate very well to a more grounded setting.
But at the end of the day, it is all down to presentation. If you took DC characters like Superman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman....characters that are all insanely powerful, and put the...
I did read the whole article. Did you? Because you only posted the first few paragraphs. Obviously I'm being a smart-ass there, but seriously, his argument for a Marvel fighting game not doing well isn't based around their movies being good. Its based around the fact that heroes are constantly fighting heroes in their comics, and then he mentions the ONE film, Captain America: Civil War, that also had heroes fighting heroes.
99% of his reasoning is around that. That...
lmao
The logic is totally flawed in this article.
If a fighting game is well made and fun, then people will play it.
Just because Marvel Comics has a lot of stories lately around heroes fighting other heroes does not mean people will be turned off to a Marvel fighting game. In any fighting game you play, you will have fights with good guys fighting good guys, good guys fighting bad guys, and bad guys fighting bad guys. It all comes down to character selection...
Well that isn't what the article said. At all.
His reasoning is because Marvel COMICS are constantly pitting their heroes against each other. Many of the past big yearly events have focused on heroes fighting each other, rather than heroes fighting villains. The only movie he listed was Captain America: Civil War, because again, it was heroes fighting each other. The popularity of the Marvel films doesn't really play into his argument. He's talking more about a ...
Blizzard hasn't forced me to play anything. Did they rappel into your house from a helicopter with guns pointing at your head?
Its a couple skins and sprays for Overwatch. Sorry, not that important.
Yes! Developer Dairy! They make the best dairy in all the land, from milks, to cheeses, to ice cream, and everything in between!
Love Developer Dairy.
Do the FBI come and take it away after a few months?
MK9 was their crowning achievement as far as I'm concerned. It was so good. It finally took the series back to its roots, retold the stories from MK1 - MK3 with new twists, included what is easily the best roster of any MK game, and it had fantastic gameplay and graphics.
I liked MKX and Injustice a lot too, but it doesn't get much better than MK9.
Having said that, I'm very interested to hear about the netcode in this game. Nether Realm is k...
Uh....it is a quality game. Many people love it.
I know how butt-hurt you get about this game and try to crap all over it with every article, but face it, people like it. Your comments are way too obvious that you just want this game to fail so bad. It really is comical at this point.
What does that have to do with anything?
I'm willing to bet that GUN was only semi-popular because it was a launch title for 360 that didn't totally suck. It still wasn't that great but it didn't really have any competition either.
I'm not so sure we would ever see that, considering the controversial nature of it all.
This guy is making a huge complaint aboutnthe Marvel characters chosen and not even half of them have been revealed yet.
I agree with some of it though. If the X-Men are not present in this game, even as DLC, then they damn sure better include Punisher and Daredevil. Otherwise its a no-buy for me.
The no X-Men part is bad enough. But they better utilize more than just Avengers or Guardians of the Galaxy.
My pants just got tight.
I will go buy a Switch for a new Metroid.
I also fail to see how this guy says he doesn't have time to play much because he's a family man, yet he has time to fit in 3-4 hour gaming sessions.
I also have a family and thats about how much time I can play for each day as well. I don't see the problem, or how savepoints hinder this.
I don't get it either.
The one thing that everyone agreed upon with Destiny 1 is that the gameplay was fantastic and extremely fun.
I'm not sure what people expected.
