stanley parable is one of the better known example... also text adventure games and light novels obviously. but yeah, AAA games could use some real story interactions it's true. the games i mentioned were built from ground up for the storyline interactivity alone and nothing else really...

if it'd had been real it might have been a bit more fun
i decided to stop the PS3 version at about 20+ hours
because i knew this game would come..
also i skipped Disgaea 3 entirely on console
too for the same reason.
Disgaea feels SO MUCH at home on handhelds,
poured like 200+ hours on Disgaea 2 on the PSP
back in the day.
Chrono Trigger > FF VI IMO
but then again that's just my opinion hehehe
