yeah, it's like Squenix saying: "hey guys! you know that one game you really loved 20 years ago? remember how we released it on pretty much every system ever in the past 10 years? NOW YOU CAN PLAY IT ON PS4! isn't that great?!"

3DS. Vita comes second and third is Android which can work great for emulating granted you have the processing power... oh, and a controller is a must if emulating anything else than turn-based games...atleast IMO.
