Obviously because metacritic likes nintendo. They're the only publisher last year that came out with games that weren't broken or unfinished. I dont really get the Metacritic hate. You can hate on people who judge purely by metacritic, but thats not the sites fault. Seeing 50 or so different opinions on a game, theyre usually indicative of the quality of the game regardless of whether or not you personally like it.

Its not as good as the first two. The bosses and overrall gameplay are improved. Before the game was way too easy, now its punishingly difficult as it should be. Its not great, but if you find it for less than 15 bucks, snag it.
DOA 4 was alsogreat, i'd say. Even though NG 2 was rushed and imperfect, i'd also say it beats most action games these days
I always like to beat something really hard once a year. I recently played dark souls, souls level 1, no magic, no shield and no armor. I was stuck on the dlc and the four kings for a while but i beat it.
I would say the biggest character i would want in a dlc is bayonetta. They'd have a ton of material to work with for moves, and i think she'd be a very original character. Also would help bayonetta 2 sales.
Thing is it'd be hard to be faithful to her character without being incredibly sexual, and that might prevent them from putting her in a game without even a T rating.
This is a very well made and well researched blog. But i honestly think a huge part of what defines males and females is how they are raised. I'm a 17 year old girl, and i'm probably of the absolute smallest demographic on this site. This is a very underrated game. One of the gems of last gen. Honestly, would rather see something else from rare at least.

The thing is, sonic games usually sell well on nintendo, even in the GC days where they were also last in sales the sales easily competed with the ps2 and xbox.
I think it comes down to the quality. The install base was a factor but the fact that the games sucked was the real kicker. Because the past few sonic games even on 3ds sold about as well as on wii u.

No. If they hadnt they couldve got the wii u version out way sooner and maybe even saved the system. Now its just one less wii u exclusive, out at least a year later than it couldve been

Honestly the Yakuza series has been on a slope in sales. They really missed their chance to re-introduce the series to the west on the PS4 last year when there was a drought and a game like that could shine.
Atlus will make them money for sure, but how long before they start making money after such a big buy?
