There wouldn't even be any competition for a 2010 list. Mass Effect 2 would win hands-down. And if only Mass Effect 2 had been released 27 days earlier. It would have easily topped the 2009 list, as IGN has made it very clear that they believe Mass Effect 2 is a superior game to Uncharted 2. As has almost every other respected gaming publication.

A matter of knowing which reviewers to trust? Ha! More like knowing which reviewers give PS3 exclusives high scores, and trusting them. Until they give another PS3 exclusive a low score or a 360 exclusive a high score, and then pretending you never trusted them. Those are classic PS3 fanboy tactics.
And I don't know about Giant Bomb... They're good for the most part, but they gave Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts a 5/5. Yeah...
Why would bots be jealous of a game that got 8.2 on GameTrailers and has a 75 MetaScore, when they are playing a game that got a 9.7 from GameTrailers, and has a 96 MetaScore? A game that almost every reviewer agrees is mediocre versus a game that almost every reviewer believes will be GOTY. A 75 MetaScore is most certainly a flop for a game as hyped as MAG. Mass Effect 2 had incredible hype too, and it actually managed to beat the hype. It is the defining experience of this generation.
Saints Row was originally planned for the PS3, but was cancelled. Plus, it came out before the PS3 was even launched. Ninja Gaiden was on the original Xbox, not the 360, and Ninja Gaiden II didn't come to the PS3 until a year after the 360 version and with a different title. BioShock was also originally planned to come out on the PS3, and it never came until a year after the 360 version, when every real gamer had played the game already.
You see, when 360 exclusives go to the PS3...
There sure is a trend of Rockstar games losing exclusivity. First, the PlayStation brand lost exclusivity to the GTA franchise. Then the 360 lost exclusivity to Episodes From Liberty City. Now the PS3 lost exclusivity to L.A. Noire, which is supposed to be Rockstar's most ambitious project ever, with a budget as large as GTA IV. And next the PS3 will lose exclusivity to Agent.

The Xbox hardware was superior to the PS2's hardware, but which console came out on top there? The PS2, no competition. Graphics aren't everything. Unless, of course, you're a PS3 fanboy, in which case that's pretty much the only thing you have to boast about these days.
They're no longer what they used to be because they're praising the 360. Well, let's just wait until they praise the PS3 again and I'm sure they'll be right back on top of the most respected video game sites. Until they praise the 360 again, that is...

If Windows was owned by Sony, then most of the big PS3 exclusives would see a simultaneous release on the PC, just like Microsoft's games do. Microsoft doesn't care about a bunch of PS3 fanboys downplaying the 360's lineup. If they can profit from having the game release for Games For Windows LIVE alongside the Xbox 360, then why the hell wouldn't they do it? These games only appear on Microsoft consoles/operating systems.
