there's a lot of people with some very inflated egos predicting this and that with regard to kinect.
I wonder if the people that predict kinect failure will have the backbone to admit they are wrong, if it comes to that?
I would certainly hope so, but I would say that they probably won't.
Even if kinect succeeds, the haters will still find some negative spin about the 360, kinect or MS.

However, I have heard other websites report similar findings.
I guess when the game is finally released and if the screentearing on ps3 is found to be an issue in reputable analysis, then we can conclude 4guys2girlsandablog.blogspot.c om is to be trusted after all.

The 360s has really ramped up the sales since e3. What caused it?
Was it the 360slim sku?
Was it the kinect hype?
Was it Halo Reach?
Who knows.
All that seems to matter is that, once again, the 360 is widening the sales lead, worldwide.

We all know VGC has been used to estimate sales for several years now.
Veteran posters on n4g will also know that vgc has been a staple of n4g for many years.
VGC have their place and we all know they are estimates.
It saddens me, though, that so many detractors hate VGC simply because they report estimates.

Having said that, if recent sales data is anything to go by, then...

For this gen of gaming, bluray was not necessary.
Bluray was really only necessary to watch movies, which is a decided plus for ps3 owners, who also value that aspect.
However, purely with respect to games, I would estimate that 99% of games run just fine on dvd.
In fact, most often, multiplats run better on the 360 (dvd) than the ps3 (bluray).
