All their new games are coming to PC and those true Xbox exclusives like Fable and Phantom Dust has been cancelled.
It's not made by Epic Games. They are doing Paragon on the PS4, exclusively.
Those numbers are way too low for the paste the consoles are currently selling at.

As long as it's not divided as disc 1, 2, 3 in the story but rather the full ff7 game and then continues the story with advent children for the other episodes, I'm fine with that.

There won't be a PS4.5 that'll play games in 4k.
A GEforce 970 has some trouble running Rise of the Tomb Raider in 4k. the card cost more than the entire PS4.
So it's highly unlikely. If they do it and make it cheap that'd be great but it won't happen.
The 4.5 will most likely be a 4k Video and movies compatible. They need a triple layer Blu-Ray disc player to make 4k Blu-Ray Disc happen.
