The Xbox One takes an awful lot of time to install with heavy mandatory day one patch to download.
On Ps4, you can start playing it right away. It takes 30 seconds or less to install a physical game.
You can upgrade your HDD up to 6TB (with Nikon adapter for 3.5 inch HDD)
PS4 is just the best overall console this gen for many more reasons.
