The way I've been reading, It looks like Sony fanboys are more pissed then Xbox fanboys, specially here at N4G. I don't see many early X1 adopters complaining.
How many times have I bought a game at full price, and 3-4 weeks later it's almost half the price. Am i going to complain ? ... Who gives a crap.

I find Sony fanboys funny... and at the same time unbelievable. Sony can do no harm or no wrongdoing! Sony fanboys always find to what Sony does (good or bad) justifiable. WoW, they really are blind fanboys.
PS3's price drop in the first year (or so) was much worse. In the first 12-18 months the PS3 went from 600€ to 400€.
Get over it. Price drops happen. Do people complain when smartphones, graphic cards, CPU's, TV's, etc, have price drops a few months after release? NO.

Hummm... Sony buys gaming studios left and right, and now fires people working for their gaming studios. If that is so, Sony better stop buying up studios and leave them alone. This is not the first time Sony fires people from their gaming studios.

Even with the price cut, most gamers still don't want the Xbox One. Yes, it will increase some of the sales specially with Titanfall, but won't make much of a difference in the long run. What most gamers want is a X1 without Kinect at a cheaper price then the PS4, but the people working at Microsoft are too stupid and stubborn to realize that...
Sony doesn't have to react, the PS4 is selling like crazy.

I agree. That's one of the reason (among others) I'm not too fond of MMO's. I like stories that I'm playing or reading to have a ending.

£399.99 or $499 with a game. Better pricing, but still could be lower then that. After Titanfall I suspect the price will go lower.

Not claiming that the X1 or PS4 have the best exclusives in 2014 (I'll let the fanboys pick their winner), but here's a thought. What if it's you that's in denial ? If a person does not agree with you, is he in denial, or is it you that's in denial ?

At this moment the sweep spot for Microsoft, if they were interested in competing, would be a $350 Kinectless X1... but it seems they want to push Kinect with every X1, so they already lost the "console war", and they don't even know it.
