What about city sizes?
Hummm... another MMO! I guess it's good for fans, but personally, I'm not too keen on MMO's.
I'm waiting till Titanfall gets released, then pass judgment.
With the size of those maps, they should rename the game to simtown.
Unless the single player has much larger maps, I'm not even going to bother with this.
This game was funded on Kickstarter for PC, Mac, Linux... and now he's releasing it first on playstation platforms. If i was a backer on this project, i would tell the developer to go f*** him self and demand my money back.
Actually i found that quite funny... Battlefield 4 is a lag and bug fest.
I hope the PC gets Destiny. I try to avoid playing FPS's with a controller. Only use a controller to play FPS's when i absolutely have to, like a console exclusive... and only if it's a great exclusive console FPS.
For me there is nothing better then a KB/Mouse combo for FPS's.
I don't think console gamers are ready for a all digital gaming experience, and we saw that when Microsoft presented their first version of the Xbox One.
PlayStation Now might be successful, but it will take time...
BTW, people are forgetting that we have something similar, OnLive, and it's not very successful.
PS+ is good for gamers but it's bad for developers. How many people don't buy a game because they know it will be released sooner or later on PS+ ? I suspect a lot.
I'm curious to see if Sony is going to continue their offerings with PS+ during the PS4's life cycle. As a gamer, i hope so...
I suspect lag with this service... and a lot of it.
"Report: AMD's Mantle Is 45% Faster Than DirectX, 20+ Games Being Developed For It"
I'll believe it when i see and test it... for now it's all PR bullcrap.
Unless Steam Machines are the price of consoles (400-500€) and have "big" exclusives like consoles, Steam Machines will not be that successful... i think!
Steam Machines will sell, but not as much as home consoles.
In all honesty i did not expect Microsoft to sell so many X1's in 2013, specially for a 500€ console. Congrats.
Let's see if they can continue with those sales in 2014.
"Making Games For Xbox One Is Like Assuming All Your Users Have A Powerful Gaming PC: Press Play"
Must be joke if he's saying the X1 is a powerful machine. The X1 can't even run most multiplatform games (even exclusives) at 1080p/30fps. I'm not trolling, just pointing out facts.
Microsoft does it! ...oooohhh.... so bad.
Steam does it! Damm, what a great idea.
I just want to know one thing... is this card powerful enough to play Minecraft at 30fps/720p?
Funny thing is that console gamers say they play games on their big a** TV's, sitting on the couch with a controller, and not on PC's because it's too complicated, expensive, hard to set up.... etc...etc (insert another excuse).
... now all of sudden everybody is getting the PC version of this game. LOL.
Have to agree.
Even if Sony used 450gb of hard drive for unspecified features and left 50gb free, fanboys would still think it's fair... and this goes for Xbox fanboys too.
Fanboys are quite du** ...
"I don't see the need for a price cut before 2016"
You got to be joking for sure...
The price cut will most likely arrive in 2014.
"If this gen follows last gen's pattern, a certain group of gamers will only care about US numbers. "
And yet here you are commenting on numbers. I guess you also care about numbers.
Fanboys ! ** shakes head **
