it's no wonder why PS3 gamers do not want to buy this game. PS3 gamers have higher standards for their games.
that the lack of LAN support, as well as the requirement of a constant online connection were going to deter piracy.
Well, it didn't do shit.
Thanks Blizzard and Activision, for taking away LAN support.
Stop screwing loyal customers over for stuff pirates do.
So to throw grenade, you have to take your hand off the controller, take a few second to go through a grenade throwing motion, wait for some lag from Kinect, and then your action is finally executed.
Meanwhile, I could just own you with a grenade by pressing a button and throwing the grenade instantly.
So in the end, Sony was right. You do need buttons. LOL.
Microsoft and 360 gamers just never learn do they?
Making hybrid games just totally destroy the whole point of Kinect.
Geeze. After all that hype and 500 million marketing, I thought it would sell at least 3 million on day 1, like what 360 gamers were saying.
But anyway, in the end, Move actually sold 2.5 millions to customers, while Microsoft only shipped 1 million to the stores.
be around 3 to 3.5 million by now.
Except Microsoft secretly forced you to buy Kinect.
Also proves that 360 gamers got tricked once again, by CoD. PS3 gamers are smart enough to stay away from that sh*t.
You just don't understand do you? No matter how much you badmouth Ico and SotC, it ain't gonna change the fact that they're legendary games.
Developers and gamers alike love Ico and SotC. Your badmouthing isn't going to change their masterpiece status anytime soon.
I would have loved to test it and give feedback... if only I lived in that area.
Well, at least there's a better alternative out there: The Fight, for anyone interested in shadow boxing.
as revolutionary as jump, jumo, duck, wave? It's like tech from the future, a future where everything is on rail.
That's pretty low for a supposely revolutionary tech.
Kinect's downfall is all on Microsoft. Leave Move out of this.
On contra, Move titles are scoring pretty well.
The only bad one is The Fight. However, even serious gamers are finding out that The Fight is actuall better than reviewers thought.
"Kinect doesn’t feel like a better way to play—it’s more like a barrier between you and the game. Instead of drawing gamers deeper into the experience and making things more immersive, actions like navigating gameplay menus or pausing a game—simple actions that gamers take for granted—suddenly feel complex and needlessly obtuse... gamers will pine for the poetic certainty of an old-fashioned button press."
And Microst switched this game from being free to being paid. Microsoft... Even if it was free, I doubt anybody will get it.
Luckily, they drop the total free roam thing and went with a very linear and limited world. Still, that wasn't good enough. So I was very glad to hear that the next one will be even more limiting, going totally on rail, with Kinect!
to use a laggy, glitchy, inaccurate device like Kinect to do any serious biomachanic analysis.
Just no.
Were they thinking that porting a bad game to a laggy inaccurate device like Kinect will somehow make it better?
Kinect is not meant for quick reaction and precious game like Sonic Free Riders. Kinect works better with very simple gesture base games like Dance Central.
