I just got mine for Xmas,and i have to agree that it has performed better than I expected. I have a pro as well, and the X is a nice upgrade over it.
I feel like state of decay 2 and SOT are a good start for next year. I’m really hoping for a new Alan wake, maybe bring back fable. Apparently the guys doing gears and halo are working on new ips so we’ll see where that goes
Sea if thieves looks promising, hope it’s a good one.
Somehow I doubt you bought an Xbox one X for this game, and doubt HDR is a deal breaker lol
I doubt it many Indy games don’t do well. I’m still bitter about secret ponchos, I think it would still have a community on Xbox live. One of the best Indy games I have played RIP SECRET PONCHOS
Nah man big difference. I played it on my pro, and it does not look anywhere near that good.
Guess I’m out of the look with all this MT stuff. What has rockstar done with GTA? I see MT in plenty of games, but mostly is for cosmetic stuff.
My only issue with psn over live is tha online communities for games die much quicker, unless the game is a fairly big critical success. How i wish Secret Ponchos was still alive. Also can’t find matches for killzone, even tried playing killing floor when it was a ps+ game and no luck.
@Russo
I don’t worry about Sony or MS winning, and I don’t understand why some gamers do. I own both systems, so IMO they both offer plenty. BTW if you feel the need to passive aggressively put down, something or someone in order to talk yourself up, or in this case the PS4 the it does look a bit insecure,
I think having that option doesn’t hurt for the enthusiast. Either way this is a PS4 article, no reason to bring up the X here. Makes you look a bit insecure, all console gamers know both systems have a lot to offer.
Not true bro! 4K at max settings on pc, if it’s locked would be worth it for just about any game, ideally you want the 60 but in many cases pc gamers aren’t hitting 60 FPS, at 4K and ultra settings. If FPS was what mattered then they would compromise and drop the res. I would take 4K over 1080 p on my pc anytime, just saying if it’s playable
Most games will not run at 4K and 60 FPS next gen. Keep in mind games get much more detail with every gen. So I think 4K and 30 FPS will be the sweet spot with very high details on most games
Same here! I believe the games were tied to Nintendo platforms for quite sometime, I’m glad they decided to make the jump. I’ll be trying the beta today.
@Bluefox I don’t doubt the game will look good with a 660, but considering it’s a very detailed game it won’t max it at anywhere near 4K. My GTX 670 ran it fine with an AMD PHENOM 970. But I wasn’t getting 60 FPS at max settings I had to tweak several things on 1080p. I downvoted because my response was to cyborg about the best graphics, and you’ll need a lot more than a 660 to push this game to the max at 4K
Would be nice if they had a bit more power to push some nicer visuals on zelda?!
Why would MS stop releasing consoles? Isn't the console selling better than the 360? They considered it a success, plus they are making a profit. From my understanding they are making a significant profit on their services and games, so it's doubtful that they'll kill the xbox brand anytime soon.
I'm completely on board with this! I enjoy multiplayer games, but I find it more difficulty to find quality single player games. Big thumbs up to SONY for always delivering high quality single player experiences.
The gpu In the base systems couldn’t hit 4K even with a great cpu. Besides good cpus would drive up the cost significantly, so imo it’s not worth it right now, maybe next gen, but I doubt the cpus will be much different.
