Ubisoft is worse! because Watch Dog's first gameplay trailer at E3 2012 was fake! So with Ubisoft (so far) we can't even trust gameplay trailers.
However, Uncharted 4 in-engine doesn't mean it will look EXACTLY like that when you are actually playing. It's very common (and it was done in Uncharted 1-2 and The Last of US) that the cutscenes while they are in-engine, they use higher polygon models and higher-res textures.

Most of the Mario games have been released with red cases, so maybe they wanted to continue the tradition.
What I don't like though, is that they didn't change the color of the banner to red. They changed it to green for Super Luigi U, so it's not that they can't. It's a minor detail, but I don't like the way it looks.

It's not that people buy a PS4 for PS Now. I for one, I am interested in PS Now on TVs since I tend to buy Sony's TVs. For people that own a Samsung TV or other brand, the only way into the service is a PS3 or PS4.

That's a good point. Digital downloads should be cheaper by default, because of the reasons you stated. This could also mean that the price of PS Now could be decided based at least a little bit like that.

You can say anything about Nintendo, but they know how to make games. Nintendo's games are always among the best of the industry, and always very well received and rated.
PS Now will NOT work unless it becomes a subscription service like Netflix. Netflix wouldn't have worked had it been like PS Now. It's simple.

Backward compatibility is not something that you can just put int he console like the HDD. The reason the PS2 had PS1 BC was because it had the PS1 components inside the PS2. The same was true for PS3 (PS2), Wii (GC), Wii U (Wii).
