i live in germany, which means the country with the heaviest game censoring routine, but the store i buy my games has a big fat GTA IV poster with a big "uncensored" writing on it.
i was there to preorder it, and well, so i did.
btw, he gets every game like 3-4 days before the big stores sell it :D
