the console has sold 160 k units in last 3 months worldwide and is being outpaced by last gen systems heavily. wii u will be totally irrelevant in less than years time . The 3ds is great for sales but the amount of money lost on a console bombing that hard and quick has GOT to be WAYYYYYYY up there. it couldnt hurt to get money off their IP's
Per downloading was downloading game in full before it launches but its locked u til 12 midnight then it's available to play. Was done to avoid game releasing then having to download and wait

It's good to gear devs praise any console... Last gen it was the 360 this gen it's the ps4...2 gens ago it was ps2. It would be awesome to see all consoles praise worthy but MS burned some bridges. We will see if they do enough to repair that, my guess is x1 will be just fine but the arrogance remains sadly. Very little

still the 100 gap that was started with basically. I think the things MS cant demo are quality of service. they cant show you how they have better servers you just have to play on them to feel it, they cant show you the interface is better you have to experience it. convenience is king, its why folks buy a 1 liter of cold soda over a 2 liter thats equal price. thats my take

Im a huge fan of the xbox 360 but geez all they have done this coming gen is be a step behind Sony and cost more to boot. they have yet to justify price short of the kinect. My only guess and they better have nailed it is functionality. Xbox live is quicker for downloading, more secure than psn, if the instant switching and overall functions of the system are way better than that of ps4 they better get to demonstrating that. as of now theyve done litte to justify the price point

I would for sure and im not even into handhelds like thats a steal. also says how poorly the vita is selling, 150 bucks off the vita essentially, they arent even discounting games bundles with ps4. 250 for handheld is just too much
I think they are going to keep the dates tighter to the chest this gen, whoever announces first is surely to be undercut by the other platform. if sony announces early novmber MS will be earlier and vice versa IMO. they wont jockey after they announce the dates so we shall see. its crucial to hit market early even if only a free weeks with cod and watch dogs coming out in november, a lot of people are on the fence and will get whats out first.not to say folks havent picked their "dogs&qu...
Being honest nobody cares about them on the whole , its the few that slip through the cracks that are GOLD baby. trials hs series, cloudberry kingdom,limbo,journey, thomas was alone, etc are all fantastic games but they arent system sellers. the tech used in indie games is generally subpar and when your dropping 500 bucks on a console its good to have both indie games to kill time and AAA titles to show of the tech and how far gaming has come.
a dev whos high on the ps4 compares it to low end PC and its refuted eh? im and xbox guy and that means the xbox one would be an even lower end PC...SHEESH this guy pulls no punches
