I thought the CGI trailer was absolutely awesome. However Ive played Dark Souls and hated it so never bothered with Dark Souls 2 or Demon Souls.
I will certainly give this ago but in terms of gameplay I don't have high hopes. IM sure for fans of the genre this will be amazing, so Im pleased for them!
Ubisoft won for me with RB6. I didn't watch Nintendo as I have no interest, but MS beat Sony purely because it was all games. Fair enough most were multiplatform but Im judging it on entertainment value alone. Sony did bore me a little.
The worst part of e3 was that COD gameplay they opened MS with. It was so boring! What a bad way to start a show, they could of picked a more exciting part of the game to showcase...unless it doesn't get any more exciting?
@Silentnegotiator I have nothing against indoes but for some people they really don't count. Think about it, some people owned an Xbox 360 for like 8 years and never downloaded an indie game, and now Playstation has them all of a sudden theyre the holy grail of gaming?
I like alot of them personally, but I understand those who couldn't care less.
For me theyre not that significant, as graphics never are. I wouldn't play a game again purely because of better graphics. However I will play it again just to get online with friends.
I enjoyed it.
To find it dull you must not be very interest in video games. I know it was more of a multiplatform show but it was certainly not dull.
Gardening shows are dull. Revising for exams is dull. This wasn't.
I found it quite boring sadly, but some of the trailers shown were great, UC4 looks pretty as expected.
For me, Ubisofts Rainbow Six stole the whole show, I cannot wait.
Online was a huge dissapointment. Extremely repetitve missions and the biggest feature I looked forward to, heists, still weren't available months and months after.
Free roam is fun, but got boring very quickly. Had a few laughs, enjoyed racing, but the fun died down after a week or two.
Gta V was good but dissapointing in so many areas. The side content was crap, where was the vigilante/ambulance missions? I couldn't find much to do that was actually fun aside from main missions and just messing around exploring.
Playing this again, the exploration wont be fresh as I already know the map like the back of my hand so unless there's extra content I think I might pass on it. It wont have the magic feeling of the first time I played it, sadly.
...
Except for the grass these gifs just look darker?
Im not very good at noticing small graphical details.
Ill stick with boomerang. £15 a month unlimited rentals, 2 a time, super fast turnaround.
Unless PS Now introduce a monthly fee similar to this, but cheaper as its only PS and Boomerang provide me games for every platform.
The trailer looked epic, but lets not forget the first Dead Island trailer...yeah remember that?
The trailer was epic, but lets not forget the original Dead Island trailer in comparison to the game.
I wont get my hopes up just yet!
Unity looked great, should be feeling fresh with co op.
But my greatest memories from online FPS still come from RB6 Vegas. That casino map I used to play over and over again...
Rainbow 6 stole the whole show for me. Nothing else kept me glued to the screen.
Sony bored me. A couple of great games but the PS Now and PS TV almost made me fall asleep. It was like 2.30am so I was tired.
For me, Ubisoft stole the whole show with Rainbow Six. I cannot wait!
Was so dissapointing. &they ripped xbox for TV?
I got straight on my PS4 and downloaded that beta, came off after one game. Its just BF4 reskinned and more ridiculous.
Ubi smashed it with rainbow 6.
Ubisoft stole the whole event for me with Rainbow 6. MS was enjoyable though!
People need to stop nit picking and enjoy gaming.
