Yes hey did. I can't get enough of this game. The art is amazing, the music is brilliant, and the combat is so much fun (and this is coming from someone who rarely ever touches RPGs). Really hope this game succeeds, because I'd love to get a sequel in the future. And at only $15 this game is a steal.

I'm not going to disagree with you, because you're absolutely right about VR going to take awhile to be evolutionary. It's something new, and it's difficult if not impossible to give someone a real sense of what it is without them try it for themselves.
Having said that, two giants like Facebook and Sony pushing for VR adoption will definitely get heads turning. And as for AAA games, it'll definitely take some time, but the great thing about VR is that it ...

EVE Valkyrie is already set to come to both VR platforms, which is great since now that CCP knows that they will have a larger audience with both Rift and Morpheus they can sink more money into making Valkyrie really shine. The new trailer looks intense :)

Oh, I'm sure Oculus knew. It's not like Oculus was sitting on their hands. They have been consistently making progress on the headset. If Oculus could get something to track hands as well as Leap, that would be incredibly impressive. Obviously it would have to track your hand in a much wider area than just over the sensor, but it's a start.

Kinda strange that it only supports two players. I guess that's the limitation of the Vita, but doesn't Freedom Wars support up to 8 players? Then again you are fighting multiple enemies in Borderlands instead of one giant enemy. Regardless, it should still be a blast on the Vita.
This is definitely up there in terms of fully immersing the player, but the very first thing that's required is definitely the headset itself, which Oculus is still tweaking. It's already blowing people's hair back, but the thing keeps getting better and better. Oculus has said that the next big challenge for VR is nailing down an input device, since a controller can break "Presence".

Wow this game is looking amazing. It's going to give me anxiety, but it'll be worth it. Sitting in the cockpit waiting to be blasted off, and the player was making a sharp turn at the end of the trailer it sounded like an old fair ride. Not a sound you want to hear when you're in a dogfight out in space. Now I want to see the story side to Eve Valkyrie.
