I disagree. They are both so close in terms of graphics and performance that any difference is negligible. If you have both you are going to decide by your friends and which system they have, which controller you prefer while playing the demo, your preference of trophies or achievements, etc.
Reason to worry about Valve? Doubtful. They're making money hand-over-fist.
Everyone has been saying it: developers, consumers, Youtuber's grandmothers... VR is exciting. And seeing people like this, who has a successful career, heading to Oculus is very encouraging.
This is stupid. They both look great. End of story.
This looks fairly neat, but I want to see what Oculus has been cooking up before I get too excited about third party gesture controls.
That's it Oculus. Get 'em hooked while they're young.
Seriously though, I believe VR could be a serious teaching tool, given time.
Day one!
That's great. The Oculus Rift is already delivering the good with dk2, so I'm not worried about the consumer model meeting, or even exceeding expectations. As for software, it sounds like Oculus themselves are creating content, as well as securing exclusives for the device. But what we have not heard anything about is a dedicated client for VR. Can't wait to see what they come up with.

Think I'm going to hole off upgrading until we hear a release date for the Oculus Rift. I'm really a console gamer, but once VR is unleashed I think it's safe to say I'll be gaming on my PC much more than I do currently.
Nice. I'm not a big PC gamer, but a did build a gaming pc awhile back to take advantage of all the great Steam sales. Unfortunately time has caught up with my PC and it's time for an overhaul. I got hit hard by the reality stick when I saw the MINIMUM requirements for Dead Rising 3 for the PC. The game needs at least a GTX 570, yet I'm still rocking a GTX 550i...
And that's why there'll be a trailer for all of us to enjoy.
I don't understand people on here. It's not like we won't see MGSV:TPP at E3. No, we won't see the demo, but we are still going to get another trailer. Everyone here wants the trailer and the demo, yet we all hate seeing too much of a game before release. Remember Watch Dogs. This site was full of comments from everyone being burnt out with being shown too much too early. There's nothing wrong with holding some stuff back, especially when the game isn't coming out for ...
Saw the Witcher dev team mini press conference today, and it seemed to me that the team is already so confident that they are about to release a gem of a game. They definitely piqued my interest. Can't wait to see more at E3.
Helpful bubble :)
Lmfao! Bubbles incoming.
Nah, Oculus is going to win e3 this year. Exclusive games, a release date, and an unveiling of the final first gen consumer model!
If that doesn't happen, then Sony wins.... no matter what!
Great games, in two different genres no less.
Lame. It's not coming up on an ipad.
Another Halo? Another Uncharted? These franchises have a great history of releasing stellar installments, but sorry, the e3 2014 win is going to The Division.., again.
And this is why publisher's no longer put out demos. Between you and Audiggity, that's two preorder sales EA lost out on. Not saying it's bad that you guys aren't buying the game. If you guys didn't care for it, great, you just saved $60. But when people are scratching their heads as to why game companies are releasing fewer and fewer demos, this is why. From a business standpoint it just doesn't make sense.
