Compared to older screens, these screens look like some texture(s) are missing. Even so, I'm still on the fence about this game. The battle system seems a bit to sluggish for my tastes.Maybe it's something I can get use to, just like turn based RPGs.
Graphics are a mixed bag as many people can see, although, the actual game play video's look great and maybe these are just crappy screen grabs. I'll reserve my judgment when the games released.

Axises of Shadows sounds to much like the thrown away subtitle for Twilight Princess. So, I dont buy it.
I think he was poking fun at himself for being white and "being able to afford them". I can see how it can be taken offense, but by now you should know his type of edgy humor. And I'm sure he'll get emails about this and will respond in future reviews.

First time in along time I agree with Pachter
I remeber them saying the new Mortal Kombat would be departure from the old series, with gears of wars quality graphics. And an new fighting system, so they can compete with other better fighters like DOA, Tekken etc..
Now, I look at this and nothing has changed except for the inclusion of DC characters.

I hope that Microsoft isn't stupid enough to release their next system in 2 years time. They still have alot to prove to the gaming world that they are serious about...gaming.And only way to prove that is to release alot of good and original games for the 360. I am positive if they will lose alot of their current fanbase if we seen Xbox 360 2 in 2009. People want good games, not a new systems every 4 years.

I'm sure it's hardware sales are great, but what about software ? Aside from first party titles, I don't see many developers profiting from the Wii.
People actually find Jade Raymond attractive ? I mean, she's not bad looking or anything; average at best. I just find she has the enthusiasm and personality of a wet sponge. Glad I bought Assassins Creed because it actually looked like a good game; which it is thus far.
I was excited about this when I first heard the news at X06, but then I was hoping there wouldn't be a monthly fee, but no info was ever given about that or much of the games story, gameplay, features, etc...
To say I was excited would be an understatement, since nothing as been shown to get excited about. So, now, that is probably being canceled isn't that big of a loss. I'm just really glad it wasn't Too Human or Alan Wake..and maybe to a lesser extent Banjo 3.

I can only see something like sexuality coming into play for a lead character(or any other character for that matter) if it was some how highly important to the storyline/character building. Otherwise, I don't find any relevance to why sexuality of a character is important. Looks like Mr.Barker is using the "shock value" method to get press for his game.

He's spot on with everything. Yeah, it's not Game of Year, but comes close. I was skeptical of the Single Player campaign because of Halo 2. But I have to admit, it was the most fun thing about Halo 3, aside from the multiplayer.
