I must agree. Halo's story has always been simple and to the point. Nothing to convoluted. Characters also have tons of personality, from Cortana to the Grunts. It's one of those games that doesn't take itself too seriously, and doesn't have it's head up it's own ass even when it's such a large franchise.
Halo Wars story does seem darker than previous ones, but lets hope they kept it simple. Even if the story isn't that great, I still look forward to the game.
Even though Call of Duty 4 spoilt me with it's amazing multipayer and now I can't seem to go back to Halo's multiplayer. I'm still a huge Halo fan, and can't wait to go threw this game campaign mode.
Hopefully, this game will also carry on the tradition of having a cliff hanger scene after all the credits have rolled; giving some insight to what's next for the Halo series.

Music was just amazing. Marty really does know how to out do himself. Trailer overall was great, got me so excited. Damn 1 year wait. Damn it.
First one looked nice, gameplay was a bit bland and so was the story. Hopefully they fixed those in the second one. Or not.

Oh, wow. I did NOT see that coming. He was always great in writing up the Weekly Updates. I'm guessing MS threw tons of money his way to make him jump ship like this. Wonder how he'll contribute to the future Halo games. Here's hoping Bungie still makes Halo 4.
