It probably won't be a PS4 title as it's been rumoured to be in development for 2 years and is coming out in 2012. The PS4 will most likely come out in 2013/14.
But this is probably ND's last PS3 game. But who knows, ND surprised me with this announcement.
I think after they finished Uncharted 3 they joined team 2 and started to help with the last of us.

It wouldn't make sense if it was Insomniac since their working on Overstrike and just finished R&C:A4O and R3. Unless the other Insomniac company is making it and if it comes out in 2013.
I think it's Santa Monica's game since their quite close with ND as-well and GOW3 released last year which give's them awhile to work on a new game.

Well, I think people should wait until other companies make cheaper versions of the same memory stick.

Well, how do you know it will have 4 players? How do you know it plays like smash bros? All we know is that this game will feature characters from different Sony games. It could be a crossover title like Capcom games. Nothing has been announced yet so stop saying Sony copied Nintendo.
I know. Their are so many exclusives and multi-platform games coming out in 2012 why would you need a new console?
