i wouldnt go as far as to hating MS for not releasing alan wake. It is coming to steam as a steamworks title so i will be buying just cause of that. I thought it was going to be a GFWL game, in which case i would NEVER buy. GFWL is an insult to gamers and its broken, unlike steam that gives us achievements and stats and friends, chat, etc. PC Gaming in 2012 has an amazing lineup which i cannot wait for. I will support it in any way i can if they give me a reason to.
i mean going multiplatform as in dumbing down. Games themselves are fine on pc, i enjoy them as well but lets see the big picture here. Skyrims interface is all about consoles and most pc games are just ports. Deus ex and the new hitman have their own pc interface and assets (just read that about hitman) and i want witcher 3 to stay pc focused, for the hardcore, they already dumbed down the difficulty on witcher 2

haha, totally agree with you man. They took the lazy way out instead of thinking it through. By now most people have updated their pcs from WOW, yet they still think like if it was 5 years ago.

if devs gave us what we wanted as pc gamers then it would sell. it isnt now. Unfortunately, they patched it and made it a lot easier. It was demon souls hard when it first came out but due to complaints it was tweaked. I died in the prologue at least 10 times on normal, now for my third playthrough I have to play in dark mode to get a challenge out of it. However, it is still challenging on normal difficulty and if you go in playing like a noob expecting to hack and slash everything you see then you will see that game over screen a lot.

not at all. We still get great pc exclusives and diablo 3 will be another one even if its limited. It is not a port, its being rebuilt for the consoles for the controller. PC version is still lead and will sell a lot as well. PC gaming is nothing but on the rise, check out the pc games coming this year, and youll see.
diablo 3 on pc will sell a lot...i doubt it will sell as much on consoles. However, i am pretty confident that yes, the pc version will be the better version and not just in graphics. The game is not a port. Its being rebuilt on consoles for their controllers and other stuff. However, the pc sku is the lead sku and its going to stay that way.
stop living back in 2001. You can hook up your pc to a tv. Hell, i prefer eyefinity with three 24 inch monitors (total of 70+ incheds across) than a shitty 50 inch tv. There is also a wireless pad, as well as hdmi to the tv, and many other options the pc offers that consoles dont. So your argument is fallacious.
why not 3rd person on mouse and keyboard? have you played warhammer spacemarine? works amazing on m&k. So does gears. So does hitman, so does witcher 2, so does batman, and i can name a lot more. Only thing m&k dont work at are platformers, like alice madness returns, that shit is hard on keyboard, and the force unleashed, and supermeatboy, and i can also name a few lol.

bad as ubisoft is with their pc community, some of their ports are atually very good. Assassins creed on eyefinity, 1080p, 60 fps with more detailed characters runs beautifully for me. But then of course, you have their shitty games like from dust that run like crap.
